Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Valid proof (photos/videos) is provided

Note: We primarily accept returns only in cases of defects. In rare and special situations, returns for other reasons may be considered, provided that the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Used, installed, or assembled products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
  • Minor variations in wood grain, polish, color, or finish (natural characteristics)

3. Damage Reporting (Important)

  • Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery
  • Any damage or issue must be reported within 48 hours
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Photos/videos as proof

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

6. Cancellation & Refund Conditions

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch or production begins
  • A payment gateway/processing fee (up to 2.5%) may be deducted
  • No cancellation or refund is allowed after dispatch

7. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective items, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product or affected part
  • Repair service (if applicable)

This decision will be based on the nature of the issue.

8. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Geet Living (if applicable)
  • In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product
  • Proper packaging is mandatory to avoid damage during return

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Delay in delivery due to logistics
  • Slight design or finish variation (handcrafted furniture)
  • Change of mind after delivery
