1. General

• Geet Living specializes in furniture products, including ready-made and customized items.
• By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

• All furniture products are described as accurately as possible.
• However, due to the handcrafted nature and use of natural materials like wood:
  • Slight variations in color, grain, polish, or finish may occur
  • Product dimensions may have minor differences
• Such variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required for order confirmation.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment.

4. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

• Furniture orders may require production time depending on design and customization.
• Estimated timelines will be shared but may vary due to:
  • Design complexity
  • Raw material availability
  • Workload and logistics
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not the liability of Geet Living.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture

• Customized furniture is made specifically as per customer requirements.
• Once the order is confirmed and production begins:
  • No cancellation, return, or refund will be accepted
• Customers are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate measurements and specifications
• Geet Living is not liable for issues arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
• Large furniture items may be shipped via third-party logistics providers.
• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
• Installation (if applicable) depends on product type and location.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product is unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or made-to-order furniture
• Used or assembled products
• Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

8. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch or production begins
• A processing fee may be deducted from refunds
• No cancellation is allowed after dispatch

9. Warranty (Optional – edit if you offer)

• Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only
• Does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse or improper handling

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, designs, product descriptions) is the property of Geet Living.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Geet Living shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Delays caused by logistics or external factors
• Minor variations in handcrafted furniture

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
