• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• Large or bulky furniture items may take longer due to logistics handling.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery location
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

4. Delivery Process

• Furniture items are shipped through third-party logistics partners.
• For large items:
  • Delivery may be ground floor only, depending on courier service availability
  • Installation or assembly (if applicable) will be informed separately

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
• You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Remote or non-serviceable locations

Geet Living is not liable for delays caused by external factors but will assist in resolving issues.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

Failure to report within this time may result in rejection of the claim.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If delivery fails due to:
  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Serviceable Locations

• We currently ship across India.
• Delivery to certain remote areas may not be available or may require extra time.

10. International Shipping
